How to load multiple images to Zazzle

One of the frustrating things about some of the other Print-on-Demand (POD) sites is that you can only load a limited number of images at a time.  With Zazzle you can bulk upload fairly quickly.  Below are the steps to load a bunch of images all at once.  If you have taken my suggestion about organizing them in separate folders by theme / design, then it will be really easy to load them all into a group at once.

To Load Multiple Images into your Zazzle Store:

  1. Log In, Click My Zazzle
  2. Click “Products” tab
  3. Click “Add New Product Line
    1. Name the product line & click OK
  4. Click “Images
  5. Click “Add Set
  6. Click “Upload Images
  7. Select all the images in a folder that you want to upload
  8. Click “OK
  9. Wait.  This will take a while depending upon how many images you choose and your internet speed.  I loaded 32 images into the “They Call Me” product line.  When it is done uploading the upload screen will disappear.
  10. Select One Image
  11. Click “Create Product
  12. Choose a product
  13. Click “Make Available for Sale
  14. Input a Title, Subtitle, Description, Tags (if you are uploading several into the same product line, you might want to copy the tags into a word document so you don’t have re-type them each time (just copy/paste).
  15. Click the “Public Visibility” (this is usually displayed by default)
  16. Choose your Royalty
  17. Make sure the I agree to the Zazzle terms is checked.
  18. On the Left side:
    1. Choose the Public Category 1,  Choose the Public Category 2 if desired
    2. Choose the Store Product Line (this will be the one you created in the first steps, or you can choose the “New Products”)
    3. Choose the Rating
    4. Check or Uncheck the “Show Customize It Button on the Product Page
  19. Click “Post It

That is all, you now have a shirt or postcard or any other merchandise you chose loaded in your shop.  You will repeat the process for the other images in your product line.  Loading and describing each image is relatively quick since the interface loads a lot faster than the last site we were using.

Best of all, Zazzle makes it very easy to link to your shirt.  They give you the code, host the image, or even the code for the image so you can link it elsewhere.  Basically, they want you to be able to display your products.  Here is the “They Call Me Grasshopper” shirt I made this morning.  Of the 32 images I loaded, it is the first one I have added to the product line.
